The Project
"Le fermate del pane"
Fermate del Pane is a multi-channel communication project focused on promoting the culture and traditions of bread and its supply chain, through a unique sensory experience.
A tour in the heart of Italian cities which includes stops at the city bakeries, and which will give the public involved the opportunity to taste traditional breads and learn about their history through the very voice of the bakers, allowing them to experience a multi-sensory experience guided by their senses and accompanied by immersive storytelling.
What we want to achieve from this project is the creation of interest around the world of bread and baking, drawing greater attention to the search for artisan products that can support local economies and contribute to the protection of traditions.
The ultimate goal is to obtain recognition of the role of the artisan baker by enhancing their work.
